双高建设背景下职业院校“双师+双能+双栖”模式
教师队伍建设的研究与实践

摘 要 为了适应新形势下职业教育发展的要求,以及双高建设背景下,职业高校都十分注重双师型教师队伍的培养,但是在建设实践当中还存在较多的问题。文章提出“双师+双能+双栖”的建设模式,以及分类分层培养的手段,就职业教育师资人才培养的困难和对策进行探讨。
In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of vocational education under the new situation and under the background of double-high construction, vocational colleges pay great attention to the training of double-qualified teachers, but there are still many problems in the construction practice. The paper puts forward the construction mode of "double professional + double ability + double living" and the means of classification and stratification training, and probes into the difficulties and countermeasures in the training of vocational education teachers
