对“加强职业培训，助推精准扶贫”

工作的几点思考

摘要：以当地职业教育的现状为研究对象，通过观察、判断、走访、查阅数据等方法，对目前职业教育和职业培训存在的问题、解决的办法以及对策进行了研究，结果发现，职业教育和职业培训目前存在的困难和问题是：（1）社会各界思想认识不到位；（2）就业导向不明确，导致培训愿望不强烈；（3）职教师资薄弱，培训方式单一，导致培训质量不高。解决的办法是：（1）多管齐下，解决思想认识不到位的问题；（2）多方联动，解决职业教育就业难的问题；（3）加大投入，解决职业教育质量不高的问题。

Absrtact: Taking the current situation of local vocational education as the research object, this paper studies the problems, solutions and Countermeasures of vocational education and training by observing, judging, visiting and consulting data. The results show that the difficulties and problems existing in vocational education and training are: (1) inadequate ideological understanding of all walks of life; (2) employment. The ambiguous orientation leads to the lack of strong desire for training; (3) the weak staff of vocational teachers and the single training mode lead to the low quality of training. The solutions are: (1) multi-pronged approach to solve the problem of inadequate ideological understanding; (2) multi-pronged linkage to solve the problem of employment in Vocational education; (3) increase investment to solve the problem of low quality of Vocational education.
